Sliding Handle Set Help Needed

A quick learner from Pullman, WA says:
Our old handle finally snapped (we no longer have it), and we need a replacement. The door is 1-1/16" thick, and the bolt holes are 3-15/16" on center. The oval holes (cut into each side of the door frame) through which the hook latch is actuated is 1-1/4" x 15/32", and the opening on the side of the door is 7/8" x 1-3/8". The latch is a simple hook affair such that the hook in the door rotates to engage a hook protruding from the door frame. I could use some help sorting out my options. Thank you!

It's tough to say what you need without having the original handle set on hand for reference. You might be able to use something like our 82-003, but this is an educated guess. Look it over and let me know what you think.
