Sliding Mirror door roller broken

Question

Please advice what model can I use to replace the broken door bottom roller. I understood that the pictured plastic model is outdated. The roller is fixed in the doorframe slots

Thanks for contacting us, Tibor. I am familiar with your roller but it is unfortunately not a product that we sell. Truth be told, I'm not sure that it's made anymore, though I don't know that for a certainty.

The only product we sell that may work is our 23-041. This is similar in terms of how it functions, but installation is very different due to how larger the housing is. The only way this roller can work for you is if you can find a way to mount it to the door frame, which may be a fairly involved process. Look it over for now and see what you think.
