Sliding Patio Door Handle and Locking Mechanism Needed

Hello, I am looking for a replacement of the pictured sliding patio door handle set and the locking mechanism. The information off the door is:

Series: New Castle XT / Insulate 960
Type: Standard Sliding Patio Door (XO)
CPD: PWG-M-144

The color for the handle is beige.
