Sliding Patio Door Lock

Hi there! When you say lock in this case, are you just referring to the internal mortise lock, shown in your first photo? If so, I believe you can use our 82-218 as a replacement. It may look different at first glance, but I think it will still work as long as you can reuse the original faceplate.
