Sliding Patio Door Lock -- Names / part #'s unknown --

I am looking to replace this patio door lock mechanism ... I looked everywhere on the parts or handle and actual door, no brand name found .. can you confirm if you carry this exact model replacement that will fit in the same exact position? please also see if you can call and leave a message .... if you determine the brand name or type of lock this is, please advise also. thanks.
