Sliding Patio Door Locks

Question

I have (3) Harvey Sliding patio doors. and i am looking to replace the existing door locks with a version that can be unlocked from outside with a schlage key. existing dont have a lock cylinder on the outside.

Thanks for posting. This mortise lock looks like our 82-238. Handle sets with 4-15/16" hole spacing typically work with this. See our keyed 82-081.
