Sliding Patio Door Roller Assembly

Question

I need replacement rollers for my sliding patio door and I need help finding the correct replacement part. Everything I have been able to find has 1 1/4" or larger wheels and my assembly has only 1" wheels. The assembly itself is 3 1/8" long, 1" high, and 3/4" wide. Can you tell me if I can replace my current assembly with a different sized wheel or help me find the correct part to replace my current rollers.

Hello Brad. Take a look at our 81-138 patio door roller. The housing dimensions appear to be the same as yours. The roller is 1-1/8" diameter which is just 1/8" larger than yours. You should be able to adjust the roller to make up for the difference in wheel size. Give it a closer look and let me know what you think.
