Sliding Patio Door Wheel Replacement

Question

Have rusty wheels and failing bearings on our sliding glass doors. Ordered Qty 4 - 81-149 from Swisco and received them yesterday. They don't appear to be the correct replacement. I should have reached out to you to confirm but didn't so here we are.

Attached is a photo of the assembly that needs to be replaced.

1. Is there a stainless steel replacement assembly available? We are in a coastal location and I believe a stainless replacement would be a better alternative.

2. Are there any special shipping instructions I'll need to return the 81-149 assemblies.

I'm afraid we can't supply your roller. I've encountered it many times, but I've never found a working substitute for it, nor could I ever track down the original part. I've been forced to conclude through the years that it simply isn't made anymore. Those lowered tabs may not seem like a big deal, but they've foiled every scheme I've had to get a substitute working. There's just no working around them. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
