Sliding Patio Door lock

Question

This lock needs replacement, looking on your website I think a replacement lock may be lock number 82-002. The handle is still in good shape and can be re-used, will it fit on this lock, if not do you have a complete lock with handle. The color of the existing lock is black. Please advise.

Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. I agree, the 82-002 looks like a promising selection and should be compatible with your handle. The only other question you want to make sure of is that the locking hook in your old part is in the same position that it is on the 82-002, i.e. a bit lower towards the base. Compare and see what you think!
