Sliding Patio Door with clamp type latch

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-009A clamp-style handle set with 4-15/16" installation holes to yours. It's tough to tell but it looks like your clamp may face away from the door, while ours faces toward the door. Though this seems like a small detail, our handle set may not work for you if that is the case since this type of handle generally engages with a groove in the door frame. Take a look and see what you think.
