Sliding Patio Hardware

Question

I am wanting to replace our old sliding door hardware but cannot locate anything like it. There was a handle for the interior but it has fallen off. Can someone help me locate it please?

Thanks for posting. This is a pretty unusual setup. The handle set is not like anything we have; however, the mortise lock looks similar to our 82-218, just with that rectangular faceplate attached. Please compare. If that's the case, you might be able to adapt a handle set like our 82-030A to the door. This handle set has 3-15/16" hole spacing, and it's very likely you'd need to drill holes to install it. It is, however, compatible with the 82-218 mortise lock. Take a look and let me know if you think this hardware could work for you.
