Sliding Patio door lock and handle

Question

The mounting hole centers are 6 - 9/16 inches and the centers between the top mounting hole and the lock hole is 2 -1/2 inches

Unfortunately, this handle set has been discontinued, but the 82-036 is suggested as a replacement. It has two hooks, while yours only has one, but it shouldn't be a problem since it comes with a new keeper as well. Take a look and let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
