Sliding Portion of 36x60 single hung vinyl window

Question

I need to replace the sliding window portion of my single hung vinyl window. Problem is I don't know the brand. Attached are photos of the window (you can see the decomposing metal inside in the corner), the latch and the only labeling anywhere on the window or in the track. I would be happy to accurately measure any dimensions you would need to help identify the window.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement window sashes, only small repair parts such as locks and balances. If you're unable to locate the manufacturer, I would recommend reaching out to a sash fabricator in your area.
