Sliding Storm Window Latch

We may have a replacement for this, but I cannot tell what you have from this photo. I'll need you to remove this latch from the frame and take a picture of it by itself. I also need very detailed dimensions of the length, differing height, thickness, etc. A tape measurer might not cut it.
