I am looking for Sliding Sash Balance 23" long and 17-20 Lbs. with wings. The number on my broken Sash Balance is: 22-3 EA2 CMC 12

I'll need to see a photo of the balance removed; specifically, the top and bottom attachments, to make an accurate recommendation.
