Hello,
The sliding window guide shown in your first photo resembles the 67-029 shown below. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Unforutnately, we do not carry a replacement for the second part shown in two of your images. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this part of your repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
