I need to replace the sliding window latch shown, can you provide the item # and availability to purchase? Thank you

Sure, I bet we can replace this. Before we offer anything, can you just tell me the distance between the two screw holes, center-to-center? In the meantime, you can see our entire selection of sweep locks here.
I think ultimately you'll have to pick between our 90-274, which has a hole center spacing of 2-1/4", or our 90-278, which has a hole center spacing of 2-1/16".
