Sliding Window Roller

Quick Learner from California
We have aluminum sliding windows made by Viking from the late 1980's. The plastic piece holding one of the brass rollers broke so we need a new one. Do you have these or anything else that would fit? I could provide a picture and measurements if that would help. Thanks.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you upload photos of the roller assembly removed from the window? Written-out dimensions would be helpful as well. I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but those details should allow us to confirm.

There is a wheel assembly on each end of the bottom of the window. One was broken and removed. If the exact replacement is not available, maybe a different one could be placed in the longer channel? The dimensions of the longer channel is: inside 11/16", outside 15/16", depth 1/2". I have included photos of working roller and missing roller (broken).

Thank you for the photos! It's hard to say with the roller installed. However, the 87-240 comes to mind. I wonder if this could be what you're searching for. Review the specifications and see what you think.
