Sliding Window Sash Balance

Question

Hi, I'm trying to replace my window sash balance. My windows don't tilt. Would you be able to point me to the right model ? I can see a reference to 2610 on them. Thanks

Hello there. See the S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance to start. The difference between these two balances is the shoe depth. See below. For the stamp option (which reflects the strength of the balance, not its identity) go with 2610.
