Sliding Window Spring Broke

Hello I am check to see if you have these parts for a sliding window. I believe it is 28 inches. I would need four of them. Looks like the broke from the place it screws onto the window.

Hello,

Your top sash guide looks like our 18-171. To identify your balance, we would need to see the attachment at the opposite end of the metal channel as well. There should also be a stamp on the channel that indicates the spring strength. Thank you!

We can provide these balances for you but it will need to be a custom order. We'll just need to see the stamp on the metal balance channel to confirm the spring strength required for your replacement balances.
