Sliding aluminum window cylinder

I need help identifying which replacement cylinders I need for these two windows.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the balance uninstalled, including the end of the spiral, tube length, and diameter. Thank you!

Sorry for the delay. Here are photos. The bottom cylinder is 29 inches long and about 5/8" wide. The top part is about 25 inches long.

Take a look at our S500 spiral balance and make sure that you only measure the balance tube to confirm the length. Thank you.
