Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what you may have here from these photos alone. Can you show us a bird's eye view of the entire operator assembly?

Thanks for your reply. I think the guide is missing. It's a piece of plastic or metal that clips to the bottom of the window that slides back and forth when it opens and closes.

Your operator resembles the 39-253RB operator that uses the 39-529 track slider that goes on to the end of the straight arm. Take a look to see if this is what is needed for your repair. Let us know if you have any questions!
