Sliding back door

Question

I have included a photo of the model number, possibly, and our current situation with our door handle. Do you have a replacement handle that would work?

I'm afraid I can't use that code to determine who made this door. In your other photo, the tape is covering up the mounting holes for the handle. We will need to see those mounting holes, as well as the distance between them. We would also like to see some photos of the internal mortise lock along its dimensions. This would help us to determine what handle you need for your door.
