Sliding bolts broken in Viking window --what replacement parts to buy?

Hi, I have a problem with my Viking window. It has broken/missing sliding bolts on both sides that allow the window to just fall open. Can I replace the parts and what are they?  Can you tell what it's supposed to be from the photos? And if so, do you sell them?

The part you're referring to is called a tilt latch. We recommend you start by having a look at the 26-243 and 26-244. You'll want to remove an undamaged latch and compare the specifications with ours to see if they match up. We also have a video tutorial that goes over the repair process, which I will post below.
