Sliding closet door hardware

These pictures are of hardware samples removed from original sliding closet doors installed approximately 50 years ago. I'm looking for replacement parts like these to make repairs on doors in an apartment complex. I don't have pictures of how they were attached to the doors, but I can provide them if needed. I hope you can help!
