Thanks for reaching out to us. Is your door hard to pull? If so, you may need to replace the rollers. You can try cleaning and checking the track for any debris or obstructions to see if that helps. If it doesn't, the rollers could be the culprit.

We're happy to see if we have a comparable match but we would have to see an undamaged and complete roller assembly removed from the door along with written out dimensions.
