Hello there!
I'm afraid we don't sell a match for what you show here. These parts are no longer made by Johnson Hardware and no other company picked up on this style for closet doors. The way the door brackets are mounted on the door frame, I don't think any of our parts will work for you. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
