Sliding door gasket

Greetings,
I am looking to purchase replacement sliding door gaskets. the pictured gasket is 7' in length.
The 'bulb' is approximately 3/8" in height. The flat part at the bottom of the bulb is approx. 1/4".
The length of the 'arrow is approx 5/16"
I am hoping you can help.
