We'll need to see the handle you'd like to replace, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. We won't be able to provide an identification without seeing it first.

I'll get the dimensions of the holes, maybe there's a generic handle that might fit?
Our 82-030 is a possible option but it's only meant to replace handles that have a center-to-center hole spacing of 3-15/16. We can't guarantee this will work for you, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a handle with a 4" hole-to-hole center spacing. Our 82-030 measures 3-15/16" on hole-to-hole center spacing which is very close to 4". Just double check that you're measuring from the center of each hole.
No worries, it's very hard to see such a small measurement so I understand!
