I do have some good news, which is that this looks like the interior pull portion of our 82-080 handle set. The only thing I would note is that yours is likely an older version that's going to be a little wider. Even though our 82-080 set is skinnier it should still work just the same, it'll just look a little different. Check it out and let me know what you think.
