Unfortunately the back plate to this handle set is not sold separately. If you only need a new thumb lever, take a look at the 82-107 to see how it compares to your original. 

For a full new handle set, please review the 82-030 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. It appears that your thumb lever is centered. The 82-030 is very versatile as the thumb lever can be centered or offset. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions.
