Sliding door handle

Thanks reaching out to us! There is a chance that we may be able to supply you with a replacement for your existing handle set. Although, it does appear that your handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing, so I cam not confident. Can you confirm this measurement?

It would also help to see a photo of the thumb latch removed and the hole on the mortise lock that the latch fits into.
