Hi, on the top of the door handle is written international

The screw holes are about 4 7/8 -5 inches apart

The lock mechanism is just a flat metal bar that fits into the mortise latch

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 82-032 resembles what you have here. The installation holes measure 3-15/16" on center. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
