Sliding door handle

Question

Sliding door handle/lock broke, and we're having a very hard time finding a replacement that fits/works. I've attached photos. Hole spacing is 5 5/8" with a locking mechanism. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say we do not have any patio door handle sets that meet the specifications for yours. Given the spacing of the installation holes and the position of the slot on the internal lock, I'm not confident any of ours can be retrofitted to fit the door.
