Sliding door handle 3 inch spacing

Do you carry this handle? This door is old but still works great other than this.

Thanks for posting. This is a bit tricky, as it looks like you can't have a surface-mount set that sits flush with your door. The 82-013 comes to mind due to its hole spacing and similar lock, but I do not know if it could fit your door without some modification. Take a look and let me know what you think.
