My handle broke on my sliding glass door. I took a photo of the sticker on the door identifying the model and make. The handle itself only says made in New Zealand on it nothing more. The screws for the handle are 5" on center, not the normal 3" or so that seems to be standard now. I'm guessing this is an older door.

4-15/16" is an uncommon size, but it's not unheard-of. Check out 82-080, which should make a good replacement.
