Sliding door handle but with a key lock

Hello. I need a replacement exterior handle that will accept a key lock for this type or equivalent of the handle in the photo.

Sure, see our 82-086. This appears to be the same style as your old handle set but comes with a key lock.

You could also install our 82-315 on your existing handle set, assuming it's in working condition. The only problem is that it doesn't come in black.
