I need a new door handle with a key and lock that will allow me to use the key to lock it from the outside.

Thanks for writing in. Confirm that your handle set's hole spacing, or the distance between the centers of each mounting hole, is 4-15/16" inches. If so, see our 82-081.

The distance between the holes is 4.75".

I think you'll be fine with the 82-082 Bob recommended. They never made this handle set with any other hole spacing, and I would bet they end up being the same.
