No names, numbers, or markings on hardware.
Holes 4 inch centers
Door 1 1/2 inch thick
Resembles American Signature Series 50 from Home Depot but not a match.
Installed 5 plus years ago.
Want as shown - keyed lock.

Thanks for contacting us! Take a look at our 92-086 handle set, along with the 82-239 mortise lock. You will need to reuse your existing white cover plate for the mortise but otherwise I think these will match up well.
