Sliding door handle

Question

My sliding door is 1" thick. The current handle/lock was purchased from Lowe's. I am searching for a handle and lock assembly that has a more secure feel and lock ability. I can't find any numbers to identify. The on center of the screws are 6 9/16" and overall is 7 1/4"

If you do have an assembly that would work for me, what modifications are needed to install?

Your handle set is likely a match for our 82-002WK. However, I can't speak for having a more secure feel. All of the locksets in this style work in a similar way. Unfortunately, there's no "better" version of this handle set or pull that you could use as a replacement.
