This is a handle for a very heavy door ( impact proof ) guest are constantly breaking it I have 230 installed. Could you identified, or give me a replacement of something better. The only information about this product is a number see on a spare parts box " SH5700-WH "

Is the hole spacing to mount the handle set 4-15/16" from center-to-center? If so, our 82-080 might be able to replace this handle set. The mortise lock is a bit unusual; it looks like our 82-238, but we don't have this model with the recessed face plate, so you'd have to reuse the old one if possible. Take a look and see if these parts match up.
