Sliding door handle

Thanks for posting. This handle set looks like our 82-030. It is compatible with the same kind of mortise lock (our 82-218); furthermore, it has a center-to-center mounting hole spacing of 3-15/16". Please compare with your old hardware and let me know if you think this is what you're looking for.
