I would recommend starting by looking over the 82-030 handle set, which is commonly used with the 82-218 mortise lock. The determining factor would be how the 3-15/16" hole spacing shown below compares to your assembly. Take a look and thanks for posting!

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like your handle set has installation holes close to 5-1/2" apart. Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement with the same hole spacing. You could still try using the 82-030 but it would require making new installation holes in the door and may require other modifications. You would also need to be careful not to hit the glass in the door. I'm sorry that we won't be able to offer a closer match but please let us know if you have any other questions.
