Our sliding door handle and lock need to be replaced.
The old one reads QC-PASS 991MS on the side. Can you direct me to the appropriate replacement parts?

There's a good chance that we can help but we would need to see photos of your handle set and have you write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers to compare to our inventory.
