Sliding door handle

Question

Hi, we have a sliding patio door installed in 2005.  The handle fell off and we do not know if we need screws or an entire handle, and are not sure which brand, please.  I will send another message with a picture of the screw.  Thank you!

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-086 handle set to see how it compares to your original. This handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Unfortunately the installation screws are not sold separately, only with the full set. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
