Sliding door handle

Had to cut off this handle as one of the screws was stripped and the other screw broke off. Now looking for a replacement that would fit on this door with its specifications. I I'm having trouble finding one that does fit

Thanks for posting! I believe we may have a replacement solution that will work for your existing handle set but I'll need to see a photo of the compatible mortise lock to confirm. Also, its a bit difficult to tell from your photos but it looks like the measurement for the distance between your installation holes is 4-15/16". Can you confirm this?
