Hi - This is from an eagle sliding patio door, circa 1999. No key lock. Offset. Bronze or antique brass. locking mechanism no longer works. Do you have replacement?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The 82-226 mortise lock resembles what you have here. As for the handle set, take a look at the 82-090. This measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers and the thumb lever is in an offset position. Review the specifications for these parts and see if they match what you need.
Note that we do not sell dummy handles.

Those measurements are spot on. I also have/need a single slider, same style with a Key Lock. Handle is okay, but would that be the same mortise part?

Yes, the mortise lock shown in these new photos looks like the 82-226 as well. You should be good to go as long as the specifications match up!
