Sliding door handle

Question

The handle on my New Castle Patio Door, installed in 2008 broke. I've been informed that this model is discontinued. Is this part (handle) available? Or is the entire assembly still available? Or, can you recommend a replacement for it? I've included measurements for the handle.

Your handle set resembles the 82-080, but note that the hole center spacing measures 4-15/16" as shown below. We also offer the 82-238 used with this handle set. Review the specifications below and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
