Door handle fractured off mounting base. The handle looks to be secured internally to the door.

Hello there. Those screws on the side of the mounting plate for the inner handle is what fastens the handle set to the door. If those are 4-15/16" apart, center-to-center, then the 82-080 Handle Set might work for you. Take a look and see what you think.
