Hello,
Your mortise lock resembles the 82-226. If your handle set has 3-15/16" hole spacing, take a look at the 82-030A or 82-030B, depending on whether the latch on the internal handle is centered or offset. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
